I began bodybuilding when I was 16 just to get bigger and stronger. I was the stereotypical small, weak introverted kid in high school that got picked on. After 1 year of eating and lifting weights my body completely transformed and I was hooked! I continued to bodybuild as a hobby and while working as a personal trainer and helping others transform as well. Eventually, I decided to ask one of the local pros if they would help me prep for a local bodybuilding show. He agreed to help me and I ended up winning my very first show and continued on to place 2nd at my very first national show! I knew I had something special going so I have been chasing my pro card ever since. I’ve made somewhat of a name for myself for my “freaky” type bodyparts – my back and shoulders and chest in particular. I’m known for training really hard and heavy and giving it all in the gym! I’m truly thankful to be able to help motivate others to do the same!
