Creative ingenuity is at the heart and soul of everything we do. In fact, we admire this attribute in our coaches and those we train above all else. When combined with our systematic Swim Types framework, which is based on thousands of hours on the pool decks and waterways of the world, this becomes a very fluid, but logical, way to coach.
This lateral thinking has seen us create new ways to solve old problems and allows us to truly coach the swimmer as an individual and not the stroke as a theoretical concept.
