African Ambassador initiative is focused on creating an ongoing awareness and fostering the culture of Pan Africanism amongst youth in South Africa and the African diaspora. It is about ensuring that young people own the narrative of what it means to be an African and about carrying the legacy of the Agenda 2063 forward, the Africa we want.
As we celebrate the 5th anniversary of Africa Liberation Month in 2020 under the theme “silencing the guns” as set by the AU Chair and President of the Republic of South Africa Pres. Cyril Ramaphosa, we want to conclude this very important month in the history of Africa, by calling on all young Africans to take on the role of being the Ambassadors of Africa, promoting unity and ensuring that the spirit of Africa Day persists throughout 365 days of the year #makeeverydayafricaday.
