I am originally from Bari, Italy and I have been living in London since 2012. I have built a career around the food industry, reporting on international food for Business Insider on popular series Regional Eats and So Expensive, and now on my personal YouTube channel.
Living in London and reporting on international food has forever changed the way I eat, but most importantly, the way I relate to food. There is the sensory element to it, but there also is a personal connection that is unique to each of us.
