Ray A. Gapuz is an epitome of a successful ‘probinsyano’ (rural person). He doubled as a crew in a fast food chain during his student days until he finished his nursing course with honors and made his parents proud being a board top-notcher in the Nurse Licensure Examination (rating: 89.20). His story of success represents the aspirations of the young nurses.
Today, Ray, a multi-awarded entrepreneur, is co-listed with Bill Gates in the 25th edition of Marquis Who’s Who in the world. He is the first Filipino to write a test preparations guidebook for the world’s leading publisher, Mosby-Elsevier, and Jones and Bartlett, USA.
To date, he has mentored eight (8) Top 1 placers in the Philippine Nurse Licensure Exams including a total of 311 board top-notchers since 1994. He is known for having mentored more than 100,000 nurses worldwide.
But amidst all his accomplishments, Ray simply wants to “talk about life over a cup of coffee.”
