Hi, I'm Dave and this is our channel Elysium Sophia. Mindfulness, meditation, hypnosis and a therapeutic approach, helping clients with issues such as lack of self confidence, developing ways of reducing stress and anxiety, help with phobias and mind and body therapy. Using different techniques I work with clients who have lost direction and need rejuvenation therapy. My channel is named after my daughter who is active on the channel assisting me working with preschool and school aged children with a mindfulness approach and puppets. We aim to deliver therapeutic and mindful sessions for people who realise they need a change to feel happier, more calm, more fulfilled and potential to pursue there own goals. We work with an emphasis on creating healthy body, healthy mind and managing stress and anxiety. Sophie's videos take a light hearted approach to developing mindfulness and introducing the topic to a younger audience. This builds on my work as an education consultant in schools.
