Topic of the Discussion ~ Wake up to the Evolving Brain. We will focus on accelerating the evolution of human consciousness, its biological basis, implications for daily life and socio-political systems. The evolutionary mechanism, when activated, leads to genius, enlightenment, bliss, psychic gifts, paranormal phenomena and heightened creativity. When the awakening is toxic, psychiatric states of distress and unhealthy behaviors are the result. Since we have taken an evolutionary leap as a race, and we are currently facing the nuclear threat and other modern dangers, global awareness of this phenomenon is crucial. The limitations of Freud’s view of libido and recent neuropsychological research regarding the expansion of consciousness will also be addressed.
