For international years and decades the UN Secretary General takes action to establish the preparatory process, evaluation and follow-up procedures.
Every year numerous days are celebrated not just to remind people of diseases but to also to unite people of our mother earth. These days are celebrated with a unique zeal and zest all over the world in accordance with the culture and norms of a particular geographical area. But the basic and fundamental aim of celebration of these days is to unite people, peace across the world.
