I am making my subliminals silent and using nature sounds for relaxation! Through my research about making an effective subliminal i came to the conclusion that our subconscious mind can hear the silent affirmations very well and in fact, being silent, the affirmation can overpass the conscious mind and go directly in our subconscious easier and that's what we want! The volume of the subliminal can be low, in a comfortable point, and that won't affect the effectiveness of the subliminal. Researchers found out that even deaf people can use subliminals effectively so don't feel uneasy when you don't hear any ''voices'' behind the nature sounds. Remember to drink lots of water constantly because that helps for faster results tremendously. I am also using ONLY positive statements and making the affirmations as simple as it can get for faster results!
