We started the boxing for fitness revolution in 1992 and chose the most obvious name 'Boxercise'. This name is now synonymous with quality boxing fitness training for non competitive boxers. Our company was founded by Andy Wake. He is a professional boxing coach registered with the British Boxing Board if Control and has a degree in Sports Science from Brunel University (2:1) He is the most experienced coach educator in the world having personally educated 20,000 coaches and been responsible for the education of 30,000.
