Then I discovered meal prep. I've learned that you don't need to spend several hours in the kitchen to whip up delicious, healthy food. You just need to develop better habits and make it work for your schedule.
Believe it or not, it's been almost 10 years since I discovered meal prep and I can never go back! Since then, I've received my Master's degree in journalism, and my work has been featured in Buzzfeed, HuffPost, Women's Health, Reader's Digest and more.
