Welcome to my channel! My name is Tom.
Currently, a BA Hons and MSc sports coaching graduate trying to find a job in these troubled times of COVID-19 and thought I would restart my youtube channel again to keep myself entertained while job searching.
Originally started this youtube channel to document my running career as I progressed through University. However, gave up after a year and a half due to many injuries and hitting the booze like most students. However, making a come back now to running.
Aiming to upload two times a week. one video specializing around my area of knowledge which is coaching, looking into different coaching methods and how they can be applied in the coaching world. The other video focusing on my training as an athlete, what goals I have, races coming up, how I get on, etc.
