Unlike many of the amazing dance/fitness instructors who have achieved an impressive level of youtube stardom, K.O.'s experience in formal dance training does not exceed more than a few elementary tap lessons at the age of five. Everything you see on this channel is a result of original choreography, an overabundance of energy and hours and hours of effort.
