I broke my pattern of training for the 365 days. Now I'm just training the way it fits my lifestyle. Thks for following me. I find that rest day's are necessary & convenient for long term. Do what suits you best. It's been 8 month of training with out a day off.I'm satisfied with the progress. Training still continues. This is by far still my PR for longest training day's.
