I am Sreela Nalledam from outskirts of Palakkad in Kerala. My channel is NALLEDATHE ADUKKALA
focuses on traditional cooking recipes of Kerala. Some of the recipes I have shared here are passed down to me by mother and grandmother who were excellent cooks. The interesting part of my cooking is that the dishes are purely vegetarian. The uniqueness of my recipes is that all the ingredients are fresh, organic and local produce.
Cooking is just one of my passions, I am also an Indian classical dancer, having studied and completed courses in Indian forms of Bharatanatyam and Kuchipudi. I have a graduation degree in Indian Classical music.
I am also an actor in films in Indian languages - Malayalam and Sanskrit. I have acted in about five movies and have been awarded with Lohithadas filim Critics Award in this cinema "Vasanthi" (വാസന്തി) . the Film സൈലൻസർ IFFK selected Film , ഒരു ദേശ വിശേഷം) "Taya" Sanskrit movie, ആണും പെണ്ണും
