I'm Chris. Welcome to my story.
I started my first company (Grand Apps) in 2011 during my senior year of college. I sold that company in 2020. I also started a SaaS company (Sidekick AI) that I sold in 2023. Currently, I own a software agency called Kyros Digital. We build custom software for clients.
I have also been investing in real estate since 2017. I bought a 5 unit, mixed use building and I was hooked ever since. My YouTube channel mainly focuses on sharing Real Estate experience on the investing side, but I also talk about business as well and what I have learned.
