Welcome to our Youtube Channel and our performances of Classic Indian Old Songs from 1950s.
Our story: After retiring (in our sixties) we studied Indian classical music in India for 2-3 months per year over a period of five years. We learnt to play various instruments such as Sitar, Flute, Violin, and of course, Harmonium and Tablas. In Canada we then performed for various audiences. Now that we are in our mid-seventies we wish to share our performances with all. It was the Covid-19 pandemic and lock-down that made us create this project. We will share with you these self-recorded home performances regularly from now on, with a new video every few days.
Our main objective is to make you happy and to make you SMILE. Inshallah, these evergreen songs will bring a SMILE to your faces.
