The Flavors of Belize brand consists of three branches all geared toward promoting Belize and especially highlighting Belizean cuisine. First, our magazine, produced and distributed nationally serves as a guide to restaurants, bars, & local hotspots in Belize. Second, our cookbook, the first comprehensive compilation of recipes from across the country features over 120 recipes encompassing appetizers, main dishes, desserts, and even sauces from the many different cultures that have settled in Belize. Now, we're excited to be producing a cooking show that features recipes from the cookbook and from restaurants all over the country prepared by well-known local chef - Sean Kuylen.
