Mr. Suresh chinnaswamy completed his B.A(Corporate secretary)in D.B Jain college(1997-2000) and went forward to do his catering studies in Madras IHM college(1998-2001) , also a MBA in Marketing(2001-2003). Finally he completed his culinary arts in USA(Miami).
After successful completion of his culinary education, Chef Suresh joined the world famous cruise ship, "The Carnival Cruise" where he honed his flair as a creative and highly-skilled chef for five years(2002-2007).
He then joined, The Ritz Carlton, Cayman islands, USA, where he had the privilege and joy of sharing the chef table with world famous chefs Gordan Ramsay, Antony Bourdain, Eric Rippert for 5 years (2007-2013), improving his culinary expertise and innovation.
