The Virtue are a 4 piece Pop Punk / Easycore band from Newcastle NSW, formed from past members of now defunct pop punk heavyweights "A December Truth" and metalcore band "12 Mile Tombstone".
The band blends their killer riffs, pop choruses, 80's synthesizer and explosive breakdowns with an energetic live performance to create a fresh, new and popular brand of pop punk.
Since formation in mid 2011, the band has performed shows across NSW, and have written, recorded and released their debut, self titled EP in December 2011.
The band toured extensively throughout NSW and QLD in April -- May 2012 w/ "The Cavalcade" to promote the release of their Debut EP.
The Virtue are currently recording new material for a new EP scheduled to be released in late 2012 - early 2013.
