I'm Michael aka Miko and welcome to my official YouTube channel!
I worked in Middle East for more than 14 years and in an instant I lost my job. In the midst of that event, my Clinical Depression started so I decided to leave Middle East and went back home to Philippines. My doctors advice is to be active or maybe try Cycling as a Therapy, so that’s the History of “Padyak Therapy”.
I love to share glimpses of my passion in cycling where I find myself to get better from depression. This is also the reason why Miko DS - Padyak Therapy was created.
The contents of my channel are focused on cycling, traveling and foods through various destinations. I am also passionate about promoting our tourist spots in Luzon areas as well as the tasty foods from karenderias and restaurants where we stopped to eat.
