Also, it is also important to take care of our physical appearance which can be achieved with proper grooming, skin care and appropriate fashion. These have great impact in today’s world in order to achieve belongingness and acceptance.
Finally, travel has became a common outlet to relieve stress that is why I personally love to visit different places such as beaches. Discovering new places, people and culture has opened my mind to the wider world.
