Welcome to my Youtube channel. I started my Chakra Healing journey in 1989 as a severely depressed mother of 5 young children. I first dabbled in conventional medical therapy to find a cure for my condition, only to find undesirable long-term remedies involving prescription medication.
I've spent over 15 years of my life traveling the world and studying energy healing. Specifically Reiki and Rapid Eye Therapy, then on to EFT, Tapping and Energy Medicine.
