Khalid Mohamed known professionally as “Top In Dar”, TID is a Tanzanian Artist/Celebrity/Musician/Actor with more than 20 years experience in Music Industry and Entertainment as a whole. In 2006, TID started a music band called TOP Band which gave a platform for other local artists like Steve RNB, Aboubakar Mzuri, Ommy Dimpos, With more than 100 songs and 50 Collabos in Tanzania, East Africa and overseas TID has managed to remain resilient in the music industry.
TID made his first hit song “Zeze” in 2002 which introduced him to Tanzania and East Africa leading to more hit songs, albums and collaborations.Albums (Sauti ya dhahabu Year 2002, Girlfriend Year 2003, Burudani Year 2004, Kazi za nje Year 2006, Jembe Year 200, Prison Voice 2008)
Apart from his music career TID has attained significant roles in local films and series. It all started in 2003 with the movie “Girlfriend” featuring his fellow musicians, AY, GK and East Coast which was the first entertainment movie in Tanzania.
