After graduating High School I put on a ton of weight, and none of it was good weight. I was almost 240lbs and 40% bodyfat. When I finally started to take care of myself and get back in shape I could not let go of my addiction to sugar. However, I found that I could stay consistent with healthy nutrition if I gave myself a cheat day every week that I could look forward to.
Growing up my mother was always (and still is) a baker in our home, always making some kind of cookie, or seasonal treat. I picked up my passion for baking from her. I have no culinary training, I'm just a regular guy, that likes eating sugar.
For the last 10 years I've obsessed over my cheat day treats and kept coming up with new recipes to stay excited to keep disciplined. This channel is dedicated to sharing my recipes, and teaching even the most novice of bakers how to bake without having to go through the trial and error that I did.
