Hello Guys, This is CA Vishal Rattewal (an UPSC Aspirant) Appearing in UPSC CSE 2020 Personality Test . I failed miserably in Prelims 2018 as well as Prelims 2019, missing cut off almost 25 marks (even though I was preparing full time and working very hard). I changed my strategy altogether for 2020, and results came. I could clear Prelims 2020 by scoring 125 ( almost 30 marks more than expected cut ie 95). Then cleared Mains 2020.
