I'm a 23 year old vegan girl ! Been vegan since 2011. On here i share some of my favorite recipes!
Veganism is something I am so passionate about, but I think even if you are just vegan even once a week then that's a great thing. A lot of vegans hate on plant based diets, but I feel like as long as you limit your animal product intake to as little as you can then that's a very good step for the planet. It's better to eat only a little animal products, then to just eat tons of it. I know not everyone can be vegan for whatever reasons, so just try your best to eat as much vegan food as you can! But of course if you are buying animal products try to buy free range and organic ones. Dairy and eggs guys are totally unnecessary to eat and fur, animal skin, animal tested products as well.
If you really need animal products then stick to eating only a tiny bit of local fish.
