KC's is a safe, intense, and motivating gym with martial roots that remembers the power of strong community and member loyalty.
Boxing is our biggest class but there are also a number of other disciplines taught & practiced at the gym, e.g. Aikido, Muay Thai, Gi & No-Gi Jiujitsu, MMA, Greco-Roman Wrestling, American Wrestling, & Catch Wrestling.
In addition to martial arts, the gym offers personal training & conditioning, kettle-bell classes, and a full gym with free weights, nautilus equipment, and treadmills & ellipticals.
