I did a little bit of Krav training for self-defence purposes. I am not the fittest woman out there but I learnt that repetition to gain muscle memory is key to reacting even when you’re afraid. |

Я бы посмотрел как он так будет дёргаться в реальной уличной драке, единственно правильное решение если драки не избежать, бить оппонента в бороду, солнечное сплетение или нос. Тогда вы сможете дейтвительно дезориентировать противника и выиграть время чтобы убежать, всё остальное выглядит как нативный способ получить по лицу |

This moove looks very very similar to "IRIMI NAGE" in Aïkido (as it was in the begining). A speedy avoidance and "entry" into the attack, with neck control and throw. My favorite moove.

u forget to mention ...... no matter if Krav Maga , Karate , Wing Tsun or whatever ...... before u can defend yourself in 3 seconds .... it needs years of training! ..... but nice video ! and ...... if i dont need what i learned in years , that makes me "master" ..... ;) |

the only thing is... in order to be able to fall back on this knowledge instinctively in an emergency case... you need to train this for years. Otherwise, when you face an attacker who might retaliate, all that knowledge is just gone. |
