On my channel, I share exercises to treat scoliosis, kyphosis, and other health problems with the equipment I did at home by myself. Before the pandemic, I was treated in one of the biggest health centers in my country, but during the pandemic, all gyms and health centers were closed, so I made similar equipment which is used in health centers at home and started doing the same exercises.
