My name is William, and I'm from the U.S. state of Arkansas. In 2012, I made one of the best decisions of my life and moved to Poland. I love life here for many reasons, but I am especially fond of the beauty of the country and the friends I have made. Learning the Polish language has been a challenging but rewarding experience. I recently started working on a master's degree in Polish studies for foreigners at Uniwersytet Adama Mickiewicza in Poznań. So far, interacting with the devoted professors in our program and meeting students from all over the world who are also learning Polish has been a profound adventure.
My goals for this channel are to:
👉 Practice speaking Polish
👉 Practice speaking Ukrainian, which is another language near and dear to my heart
👉 Highlight the experiences of others who learn or teach these languages
👉 Document living in Poland/Europe from the perspective of an American.
