I edit the videos, add voice commentary to them, making them more entertaining to watch by adding effects and the commentary. The original commentary can be heard throughout every clip. (They are mostly shown at the beginning of the clip. By having voice commentary you will better understand what happens and will even get updates about the situation ( an individual that may have had incidents after the initial video could be reported in our commentary.) I add arrows that follow individuals to make the situation easier to be seen. I zoom in and out so everyone can see the action and many other things.
