I.Robics is a workout of high intensity and an unorthodox style of dance fitness, which means it's not in a box of traditional dance fitness workout. It's inspired and infused from the music and dance styles I grew up on as well as current which is all genres. Everyone always tell me your class is so different from other dance fitness workouts whether good or bad, so I embrace being different by giving it a name I.ROBICS!
