Hi everyone! My name is Chompreeya or you call me "Aoy". My life has changed dramatically over the past ten years but right now I am a full-time yoga instructor and own a small Ashtanga shala called "Shraddha Ashtanga Bangkok" in Bangkok, Thailand. My teaching goal is to share my experience and what I have learned from the last 10 years in practicing Ashtanga. I also have two lovely cats and enjoy growing cactus and plants in my free time.
