I teach Staff notation for Piano, Keyboard and Guitar, but for easy and fun learning Guitar I changed general tabs into a tabs with little timing marks (arrows, lines on top, commas, symbols) which will be very easy to understand the timing by begginers (rough timing, not exactly like staff notes) .Even in Keyboard i taught with Alphabetical notes with timing marks just like Gtr notes.Pl. forgive me if I heart anyone with this method of teaching. Soon I start Staff notation course also. Thank you all.
