This site is dedicated to bringing together information on places of historical Islamic significance in order to rediscover our heritage and help inform the ummah.IslamicLandmarks.com was founded upon the realization that the Ummah is largely unaware of our historical places and, where there is some awareness, there is a lack of knowledge of the significance of these areas. There is information out there in the form of books and websites, but these generally concentrate just on very specific parts of the world.
This channel is intended to bring together videos and facts of these ‘landmarks’ in one location. This will give Muslims (and non-Muslims) a much-needed source of reference to help revive interest in our history and the importance of past personalities and places.
