BJJcurriculum.com is a free resource for everybody who enjoys the study of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. It is designed to provide an organized approach to learning jiu-jitsu for people without a coach, an additional organized viewpoint for those with a coach, and even for coaches to reference when preparing for class. Coaches can add, subtract or change the order of what they are going to teach, but this provides an organized framework to build from.
These are the lessons I have learned, improved upon, and taught my own students over the last twenty years or so. I hope they aid you in your jiu-jitsu journey no matter where you may be on it.
