A teenage girl named Rebecca Winstead is transported to the sci-fi western fantasy world Alodia, filled with crooks, techno-wizards, aliens, and sorcerers. Imbued with enhanced ”Archaic Energy”, she travels the west with wanted mercenary Zaid and a defective robot in search of a way home.
