But everyone has 5 minutes in a day to get some amazing motivation. That is why my channel is called 5 Minutes of Daily Motivation. With my videos I want to motivate you as well as relax you. I love the sea and water and it always makes me feel so relaxed. That is why there is a picture of water on the background of every video. All the pictures I have taken myself on holidays.
