There are 3 house rules in Trap Cardio:
1. We're all family. We refer to each other as cousins. So, there's nothing to be ashamed of. Everyone in these videos are perfectly fine with looking silly in the name fitness and fun so... you might as well leave your inhibitions at the door.
2. This class is about progress, not perfection. Don't get caught up in what's up, down, left and right. As long as you're enjoying yourself, that's all that matters.
