It all started when after a show, a kind man had come to me with tears in his eyes to thank me. I wasn’t sure why he was so emotional, but I took a moment to ask him. He immediately pointed at his two children and continued to say, “My wife and I were born in India, but our children were born here in the United States. We always struggle with trying to relate to them and doing things as a family that we can all enjoy. This was the first time we were all dancing and singing together, and I can’t thank you enough.” … Needless to say, it changed how I viewed what I did, and I came up with my mission… Unity Thru Music!
