@54 i personally love biking.I enjoy the feeling of the sunshine,wind & the rain that touches my skin w/ my buddy Mikmik-a 10 year old Mountain Bike which i inherited from my husband.
For me biking is one of the best exercise
I love,It makes me healthier & happier.
