Hi I'm Ali welcome to my channel Face Yoga Master.
I am a trained facialist and yoga instructor, for the last 6 years have been incorporating face yoga excercises and facial massage into my routines. My belief in holistic, natural beauty products, anti-aging techniques as well as the importance of lymphatic drainage release within the face, neck and head, lead me to starting this channel. Did you know that we have 42 muscles in the face. If we regularly do facial muscle exercises and massage we can reduce fine lines, wrinkles and sagging skin, improve collagen and elastine. Lymphatic drainage also plays an important role for eliminating toxins within the face.
We will be focusing on certain face muscle groups in each video to lift, tighten, strengthen and tone facial muscles as well as improving collagen and elastin.
