Tamil devotional singer, Saradasridevi, also known as Bombay Saradha, has a family background of singers. After singing for A R Rahman’s composition KuchiKuchiRakkamma in Manirathnam’s film Bombay (1995) at the age of 7-years-old, she is popularly known as Bombay Saradha.
She has released more than 350 devotional albums.
Saradha has learnt classical music from her mother, Smt. M R Vijaya and Smt. Sarojini Balakrishnan since the age of 5. Saradha now lives in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. She sings in temples as well as various Tamil organizations, Tamil Isai Sangams, sabhas, etc.
