Here you will find a selection of ambient, relaxing and mindful videos to help clear the mind and relax the body and also help with clarity and concentration. I am compiling a library of videos and playlists here that I believe will help people out and that reflect my journey into creating a better mental ambience and outer calm for the world we live in today. I am not a doctor or psychologist and my channel is based on research I have done along with anecdotal evidence from myself. I started on this journey when I was routinely kept awake at night with anxiety and stress and wanted to find a balance that would alleviate these conditions that left untreated could lead to other symptoms related to mental illness. In addition my reading benefitted from having a soundtrack so I am now creating Book scores to all the books I have read in order to help people with the same issues.
