I have combined The Hobbit movie trilogy into a single, actually-watchable 3/5 hour movie.
O-noez, not *another* Hobbit fan-edit!
Hey, I get it. So why do I believe my version is the foremost among all the other fan-edits? I'm not an editor. My experience is from the director's chair; I have story-telling experience that many fan-editors do not. They are creating good work, to be sure, and they should be commended. It's just that their versions aren't doing it for me, either too many story holes or still too fat. So I felt, after two years of watching fan-edit after fan-edit, I needed to just do one myself.
