Hi. My name is Alina. I live in Australia.I went through a lot in my life, from gaining weight to having depression, anxiety, wanting to kill myself, having panic attacks, being financially broke and many other not 'fun' things. I was lucky enough to have my amazing mum and husband to support me through everything. I lost 18kg, fought my depression, definitely don't have suicidal thoughts anymore, learnt a lot about food I am putting in my body and learnt so-so much throughout my journey. I am here to share all the valuable lessons I learnt and hopefully help you with whatever you are going through now.
