My name is Asma and I am a first gen Pakistani- Canadian immigrant. Like most of us I love food but I take my passion for food up a notch. I am a chemistry major a researcher by career and I have lived most of my childhood in Kuwait and a good 7 years in Dubai. Having lived at so many places and absorbed so many cultures, I bring my expertise as a researcher to the forefront and create recipes that are palatable for everyone. This channel is dedicated to my take on food; recipes I learned from the Middle East and Pakistan and new flavour and recipes I am learning at the lovely metropolis Toronto.
