VEGAN AF ;) Hey guys, It's BVB… welcome to my channel. If it's your first time here, I'd like to introduce myself. BVB stands for BASIC VEGAN BITCH. Those three words pretty much describe who I am--I prefer dairy-free PSLs, organic scented candles and leather-free handbags.
I absolutely LOVE dining out with friends, which means you won't find me too often in the kitchen--unless it's to use the microwave. My channel is dedicated to the busy woman who wants to be healthy as fuck on the go. My goal is to find the healthiest yet satiating options at every place I go. And I'm not just talking about salads, people. The diet I follow is called WSLF--it stands for WHOLE STARCH LOW FAT. I eat mostly starches, veggies and fruit that are low in fat with little to no added sugars or oils, and are vegan!
