HYM is a proud openly gay rapper residing in Southern California. From a very young age HYM struggled coming to terms with his sexuality, especially being raised in a strict Christian household. Growing up he found huge inspiration from artists like Janet Jackson, Toni Braxton, & Nicki Minaj At the young age of 12 HYM was commanding stages, performing various genres of dance that he taught himself.
By the age of 18 he fully came to terms with who he was, and by the age of 20 he came out to the world as a rapper. Being openly gay and rapping was uncharted territory at the time, but HYM was determined to be a voice for his community from a first persons point of view. Now he has traveled and performed all over the country, performing at some of the biggest Prides in the world. Now , HYM will be releasing new projects and going on a pride tour later in the year. He plans on taking the world by storm, but it all depends if the world is ready for HYM.
